COMPLETE WEDDING PLANNING SERVICE

From start to 'I do,' I handle every detail. Your dream wedding, effortlessly realized.

  • My planning services cover taking care of all the planning and arranging on this end and keeping you both relaxed and knowing that everything is under control.

    I have been planning events for over 20 years, adore planning weddings and only work with top, professional, reliable vendors I trust. Together, we'll choose the perfect venue and suppliers to match your style, taste and budget. I'll coordinate all the suppliers, logistics and payments and be there with my team on the wedding day to make sure everything runs to plan and you can both relax and enjoy your special day with your guests.

    I'll provide planning resources including a live wedding planning document, comprehensive budget, as well as a detailed agenda and information for everyone involved in the big day.

    Your main point of contact for everything from start to finish will be me, so that you don't have to deal with all the moving parts. We'll have regularly scheduled chats and video calls throughout the entire planning process.

    Includes assistance with guest accommodations and planning of pre and post wedding day events.

    Planning fee:
    15% of the total net wedding budget.

    (minimum €5,000 +21% vat)

VENUE FINDING SERVICE

Let me navigate the search for your ideal venue. Your event's success starts with the perfect setting.

  • In case you only need help with finding the perfect venue, I work with many incredible properties and locations in and around the Barcelona area, perfect for a romantic, elegant and fun wedding with beautiful, scenic views for you and your guests.

    I'll share links and recommendations, insight and experiences, photos, videos, POV video tours and detailed information as well as confirm availability and rates and assist with the booking process.

    Includes visits to the venues together or on your behalf, if you can't come in person.

    Planning fee:
    15% of the total net venue budget.

    (minimum €1,200 +21% vat)

SUPPLIERS SOURCING SERVICE

Elevate your event with the best, most reliable suppliers. Quality guaranteed.

  • In case you only need recommendations and introductions to the best wedding vendors, this service is perfect for you.

    I offer options for each of the suppliers, based on your wishes, budget and style in order to match you with what I call your "Dream Team" for your perfect wedding day.

    I only work with trusted partners, so I guarantee my recommendations are professional, trustworthy, friendly, English speaking providers.

    Includes making enquiries, checking availability, gathering proposals and contracts and making the introductions.

    Planning fee:
    15% of the total net suppliers budget.
