WEDDING PLANNING

From our first call to the final night, we're beside you for the entire journey.
We specialise in intimate celebrations where the couple can actually enjoy the people they love — not disappear into a crowd. The kind of wedding where every guest connects, every moment is felt, and the whole thing feels genuinely yours.
This is full planning: creative direction, venue search, supplier curation, budget management, guest logistics, transport coordination, wedding website setup, multi-day event planning, and on-site team presence across your entire wedding weekend.
You'll have one live planning document where everything lives — budgets, proposals, contracts, timelines, guest details, supplier contacts, all of it. Planning stays clear and organised even from the other side of the world.
The people around you will be our team. Venue owners, caterers, florists, photographers, musicians — people we've worked with for years and trust completely. No random supplier lists. We know who's right for you.
Our planning fee is a percentage of your overall wedding budget, and we keep everything transparent. Fees, scope, and how we work together are all covered openly in our first conversation.
A LA CARTE

For couples who want to take a more hands-on role but need expert guidance along the way. This can include venue scouting across Barcelona and Catalunya, supplier recommendations, budget planning, structured consulting sessions, or support with specific decisions.
Because we only take on a small number of full weddings each year, we receive far more enquiries than we can accept. Consulting lets us share what we know — our experience, our taste, our network — with more couples, without compromising the attention we give to our full planning clients.
EVENTS & EXPERIENCES

Most of our couples bring guests from abroad, and we believe the wedding weekend should feel special from the moment they arrive. We plan welcome dinners, day-after brunches, group experiences across Barcelona and Catalunya, and anything else that makes the trip feel worth it for everyone.
Whether it's a sunset catamaran, a private tapas evening in the old city, or a long table dinner under the trees at a countryside masia, we handle every detail so your guests feel looked after and you can simply enjoy being with your people.
