We're on-site from setup through the final moment of the night. Running the timeline, coordinating every supplier, solving anything that comes up, and making sure you and your guests are present and enjoying every moment.

QUESTIONS WE GET ASKED

  • A maximum of five. We receive far more enquiries than we can accept, and we’re selective about the couples we work with. It has to feel right on both sides. That means when we take on your wedding, you get our full attention.

  • We love intimate celebrations where the couple can actually spend time with the people who matter to them. Our sweet spot tends to be weddings of around 40 to 80 guests, though we’ve planned many beautiful celebrations both smaller and larger. What matters most is the feeling: personal, warm, and genuinely connected.

  • Most of our couples live in the US, Canada, the UK, or elsewhere in Europe. Remote destination wedding planning is what we do best. You’ll have a live planning hub you can check anytime, regular video calls, and constant communication. By the time you arrive for your wedding week, everything will be ready.

  • Every wedding is different, and budget is something we talk through openly in our first conversation. What we can say is that our couples value quality, guest experience, and getting things done properly. If that sounds like you, let’s talk and we’ll give you an honest picture of what’s realistic.

  • Completely normal, however we do tend to schedule first calls with couples who have already made the decision to host their wedding in Barcelona or Catalunya.

  • No. We don’t step into a wedding we didn’t plan because we can’t guarantee the level of care and attention we work with. If you’re planning your own wedding but want expert guidance along the way, our consulting option might be a better fit.

  • We work with couples in different ways. If full planning isn’t the right fit, our consulting and venue search services give you access to our experience, our taste, and our network at a level that works for your situation.

    Due to the volume of enquiries that we receive and the limited number of weddings we take on, many couples choose to add us to their team as a consultant.

  • Most of our couples get in touch 12 to 18 months before their wedding date, but we’ve planned weddings in as few as three months when the chemistry is right and decisions move quickly. The earlier you reach out, the more options and flexibility you’ll have for venues and dates.
