  • When we decided to marry in Spain, we had never even been to the country. We wanted to do something special for our family and friends and give them an experience. We had no idea how to get this accomplished. My future Mother-in-law did some research and suggested we talk to Harel and Luxury Weddings Barcelona.

    From our first conversation (2 years before the wedding) we knew he was the one to make our dream happen. We spoke over Zoom regularly and our vision slowly became a reality. We were only able to visit Barcelona once, 18 months before the wedding, to do some tastings, venue visits, and hair/makeup trials. The guidance and recommendations Harel gave us were invaluable.

    Everyone we worked with was amazing and easy to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed working with Harel and his team. Having never done any business in Spain, his insight regarding working with vendors and venues was immeasurably helpful.

    We could not have done it without him. As with most weddings, even when some issues developed, Harel was on top of it and had solutions before we knew what was happening!

  • My husband Michael & I had the most amazing wedding and we couldn’t be more grateful to have Luxury Weddings Barcelona & Harel help plan this magical day.

    Michael and I got engaged in Spain last year and knew we wanted to tie the knot in Spain with our closest family & friends with a beautiful intimate wedding. We are based in Toronto, so I wanted to find a wedding planner that was based in Spain who also spoke fluent English & Spanish. I came across Luxury Weddings Barcelona online and reached out.   • Harel was the super star making our wedding happen in Barcelona! We found him on Google and started to work with him six months before our planned wedding date. Part of the reason that we decided to work with him compared to a few other options that we considered, was because of his friendliness, easy communication, and tons of good ideas about a great wedding.

    We had to solely rely on him because we were in California and we had never been to Spain. But Harel was very trustable and resourceful. He worked with us throughout the planning process, made wonderful plans with us, and executed with precision.

    Eventually our wedding day was a blast! All guests and us enjoyed it a lot and it was such a memory experience. We were glad that we chose Harel from the begging and we became good friends with him, his team, and his dog, Lola.

Also, if anyone wants to get married in Spain, they should contact Luxury Weddings Barcelona because Harel is hands down the absolute best and most talented wedding planner EVER! When we decided to get married in Spain, I reached out to several wedding planners and from the moment we zoomed together I knew that Harel was the planner for me. He understood my vision (in just 1 call) and I felt completely confident that I'd get the wedding of my dreams.

    Harel knows what you want before you even know what you want. He listens and understands not only your vision but you as a couple! All his suggestions are 100% spot on because he wants you to have the wedding you always hoped for and he goes out of his way to make it happen. The venue he found was everything I wanted. Everything I described as to where I wanted to get married, he actually found! All the vendors he presents are insanely talented. I believe he has the Dream Team, in fact that is what I call Harel, Carolina and the vendors we used (our amazing hair stylist, makeup artist, photographer, videographer, florist, caterer). I still can't believe how lucky we were to have this team by our side on our special day! To top it all off, the caterer he suggested was out of this world. Every guest at the wedding said that it was by far some of the best food they'd had. One of my guests said they no longer needed to go to a fancy restaurant because they experienced the amazing food at the wedding!

    His attention to detail is like no other and it didn't go unnoticed. EVERYONE mentioned how amazing EVERYTHING was! He thought of everything and he did everything so perfectly! Not only does Harel go above and beyond in all his planning, he makes an effort to make everyone feel comfortable and he cares about everyone. Him and Carolina were perfection!

    Not only did he plan plan my wedding but he helped plan my pre and post wedding day events. Same attention to detail and same amazing vendor suggestions! I believe everything he does turns out incredible since he has a passion for what he does and it shows.

  • When hoping to plan our elopement in Barcelona we came across Harel and he was amazing from the start!

    Such a warm and friendly man, and completely got the vibe of what we were hoping for immediately!

    As for the actual day Harel had planned for us I cannot even put into words what an incredible job he and the team did!

  • Absolutely phenomenal and outstanding service! Planning a wedding in Barcelona while living in LA seemed impossible until we decided to hire a wedding planner and came across Harel and Luxury Weddings Barcelona. We did a google search and scheduled calls with 5 planners, Harel was our favorite as we chose him, very easy going and absolutely got our vision and expectations after one phone call, the planning itself over email, skype and phone conversations was easy and we actually enjoyed being a part of everything even not physically there. Harel also planned a tapas curl, a roof top sunset and an underground party the day before our wedding, it was all executed beautifully and the day of the wedding from the flowers, to the ceremony, the flamenco dancers, the reception, the food, the table setting, everything was just perfect and magical.     Harel was involved early-on, securing some amazing suppliers & contractors: fantastic band, delicious food, superb celebrant and very professional logistics/technical teams.

    He is very organised and always strived to make the day 'the best': suggesting improvements and ideas which really added the finishing touches and helped make our day so memorable for us and our 140 guests.

    Anja decorated the venue very stylishly and tastefully and arranged gorgeous flowers and Lais.

    We have so many good things to say about our experience with the people at Luxury Weddings Barcelona and the work they do. Rather than write several pages, here is a summary:

    - We could not be happier about our wedding planner Harel and the work he did. He was well-organized, professional, thorough, communicative, and a wonderful, cheerful person overall (definitely helpful for lifting our spirits when the wedding stress came!). He clearly has a lot of experience planning weddings. He helped make the planning and the wedding itself an exciting and joyful experience. A great planner, a true professional, and a wonderful person.

    - Harel was a good listener and worked hard to accommodate our special requests. Seven months before our wedding, Harel met with us to listen to our vision about how we wanted our wedding, and we had regular discussions throughout the entire process. When necessary, he gave his professional opinion, which was very helpful and greatly appreciated.

    - Our wedding decorator Anja did an exceptional job. She turned the reception and dinner areas into a work of art. She achieved the wondrous, lush, mystical fantasy world vision that we wanted. She also incorporated several personal touches that were important to us, such as old family photos and cultural artifacts. Anja also had a sparkling personality!

    - All the vendors Harel booked were of the highest quality and professionalism. Our caterer, photographer, DJ, and videographer all did great work, and they were some great people as well.

    Don't just take our word for it: many of our guests told us it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Many commented that it was very fun as well as super classy! We were so happy to hear that.

    We were able to have the wedding of our dreams mainly due to the work of Luxury Weddings Barcelona and the people there. They delivered exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them!

    Having the Luxury weddings team with us on the day and throughout until the very end was great. Everyone was extremely helpful and efficient from Harel, Anja, and Chris to the rest of their team who continuously showed great attention to detail as well as creative support throughout the process.

    The chef served a wonderful meal and catering was perfect. Anja’s decoration and design were second to none and the warm ambiance she put together memorable. We cannot forget to thank the perfect host we had to take us through the day as well as the two amazing live musicians who gave life to the ceremony.

    The suggestions they made to improve the wedding and ensure the logistics were as effective as possible took away much of the stress that is apparently meant to come along with a wedding. They took dealing with all contractors in hand and so took away any need for us to worry. And the companies Harel suggested for lighting and sound were simply amazing and added an extra level of sophistication and quality that really made the outdoor band and party portion of the wedding something special.

    They were calm under pressure when a couple of things went a little awry, taking any pressure off us and ensuring everything ran smoothly.

    Such happy, helpful and lovely people, they were a joy to work with, a joy to have at our wedding and are still a joy to talk to now! They'd help make any wedding the perfect day.

  • Best event planner ever.

    When I contacted Harel to help me plan my proposal, I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical regarding being able to pull off the perfect proposal. I was trying to coordinate a surprise proposal overseas and anyone will be skeptical at that point. Harel and I exchanged numbers to make the communication process a little easier (than email) and Harel was awesome. He worked with me on every detail of the proposal. Asked me a ton of questions in regards to what my Fiancé would like and never once tried to push his opinion onto me to make his life easier. He asked me for my ideas for the proposal and worked around those to create one of the best moments in my life thus far. Harel drove up and down the highway to find the perfect Viewpoint right along the sea. It was secluded from the road as you had to walk a few minutes down the path to the location. Once I saw the location, it was so hard to contain my excitement.

    The day of- the driver that was arranged to pick us up was right on time. He took us to the first stop to take pictures and have drinks. From there we went to the place of the proposal. When we got there, my soon to be fiancé started tearing up and I was overwhelmed with excitement. It was beautiful. Harel had outdone himself. From the colour scheme, to the Cala lilies, to the candles, to the polaroid camera; every single thing we discussed, was there. The food….wow. The catering was delicious. Granted we didn’t eat much after the proposal, but what we did eat, it was fantastic. Harel played the role of the waiter to ensure everything went flawlessly. He saw this proposal from the beginning right to the very end and I cannot thank him enough for the effort he put into this.

    This is what my Fiancé had to say-

    Harel did an amazing job planning the perfect engagement surprise and made our evening very special. From finding the perfect location to focusing on every little detail, it was beautiful!!

    He knew exactly what Ravi wanted and brought his vision to life, We cannot thank him enough. He went above and beyond expectations to make sure everything was right for the occasion- from getting my favourite flowers, to my favourite food, an amazing photographer and a fantastic driver. Although it was an intimate wedding with a very small group of 18 people, but we feel like Harel and Anja had put into effort that was enough for a 200 people wedding! Every one of our guests absolutely enjoyed the wedding and spoke highly of all the details of the wedding.
